When is Fashion Together?

Fashion Together will take place online, 23rd February 2021. All content sessions and Product Showcases are free to attend and available to everyone.

Will Fashion Together sessions be made available on-demand?

Yes, they will be made available subject to receiving permission from speakers. If you have registered for Fashion Together, you will receive a unique link to view the session recordings.

I’ve registered for Fashion Together, but I haven’t received a confirmation email.

Firstly, please ensure you completed the entire form, through to the submission page. Then, check your junk mail folder for an email from registrations@hyve-events.com . If you cannot find the email, please contact fashionmarketing@hyve.group for assistance.

I’ve registered for Fashion Together, but I now realise I entered the incorrect details.

If you've entered the wrong information, please register again using a different email address. If your email address is incorrect, please submit the form again with your correct email address.

Do I only have to register once for all the sessions at Fashion Together?

Yes, once you have registered once for Fashion Together, you will be able to attend all sessions. Prior to the event, you will be emailed a unique links to join the sessions. Remember to add any sessions you plan to attend to your calendar!

On the day of the event, how do I log into the Fashion Together sessions?

Please click the unique link you received after registering to dial-into the event. You can access the waiting room for each session 15 minutes prior to each session. If you have any issues, please email fashionmarketing@hyve.group for assistance.

Can I share my entry link with colleagues?

Your entry link is unique to you and will allow you to use the chat and Q&A functions. This link will only allow one person using it at one time. Please encourage your colleagues to register for Fashion Together separately.

On the day of the event, what should I do if I have technical issues?

We very much hope that you won’t have any technical issues when dialling into Fashion Together. Our platform allows you to do a system check, please follow https://www.bigmarker.com/system_check to diagnose the issue. However, if the issue persists, please contact fashionmarketing@hyve.group for assistance.

What is the best device to use to log into Fashion Together?

Our webinar platform, BigMarker, recommends attendees use Chrome or Firefox on desktop for the best possible experience. However, other browsers will still work, and it is also possible to dial-in on mobile. Please be aware that some organisations’ firewalls block elements of BigMarker, so you may want to check with your IT team or use a personal device if you have had problems with other webinar platforms in the past.
