Jeannie is currently Head of People Engagement at The White Company, and has spent her career working in the Retail industry across the USA and the UK.

In her current role she oversees a broad range of touchpoints across the employee experience, from Employer Branding, Internal Communications to Employee Engagement, and also Charity Partnerships and Employee Health & Wellbeing.
