Disabled Parking at Pure London x JATC

If you need a space for your car, we require you to pre-book online as parking spaces are limited. Olympia Events' parking tariff is applicable to all visitors.

There are also wide bays for Blue Badge holders in Olympia Events' motorail car park. These bays are issued on a first-come, first-served basis. Should you wish to pre-book, this does not guarantee you a disabled bay but will ensure you have a space in the motor rail car park.

When you arrive, please inform car parking staff that you have pre-booked a parking space and that you require a disabled bay, and someone will assist you.

Getting around Pure London x JATC

Olympia Grand is on Olympia Way, and just a short distance from the station and car park. Olympia Grand has a ramp with a gentle incline at the entrance.

Wheelchairs are available on loan for use at Olympia Events, on receipt of a refundable security deposit. We recommend that wheelchairs are booked in advance by emailing feedback@olympia.london.

Your wheelchair can then be made ready for you on arrival at the venue.

Facilities, spaces and dining

All separate accessible toilet facilities are unisex, with modified cubicles within the gents and ladies toilets. Our catering outlets are conveniently situated at ground floor level, and our staff are ready to assist if needed. Additionally, qualified first aid staff are present at all events for any medical assistance required.

Content

Everyone should be able to enjoy the amazing content on offer at Pure London x JATC and we’ve introduced the following measures to help facilitate that:

•             A hearing assistance system in the public areas of the building

•             The system is a portable loop

The portable loop is available upon request. If you need the portable loop for an event within Olympia Grand, please contact visitor@purelondon.com in advance.

Companions and assistance animals

The wellbeing and comfort of our visitors is incredibly important to us. Therefore, personal support animals are welcome at the venue during the event.
