&COH was formed 2 years ago, by a group of friends who wanted to define their ideal brand. We wanted the brand to occupy the space between luxury and street-wear classics.
If you look at consumers today, their lives are lived differently from previous generations. Many of our target customers travel a lot, don’t have a fixed place of work and are much more health and body conscious. They want to look good, and feel comfortable without being under-dressed.
How can we help them was the key question. Their lives are lived in multiple cities, multiple climates, multiple spaces; very unconventional lives, so it was important to develop a wardrobe that supports this way of life. Can they go from the office to the rooftop bar in that sweater? Does our gillet work over a tee shirt, a formal shit and tie, or even on it’s own? Our customers have answered yes, so we’re definitely onto something.
